Nachdem ich schon einige Zeit verfolgt habe, dass es jetzt (wenige) Anbieter von Fotobuch-Software f\u00fcr den Mac gibt, erfolgte heute der erste Test. Zum Einsatz kam „Designer 2.0“ von www.fotobuch.de<\/a> f\u00fcr den Mac. Da ich fr\u00fcher mit der Windows-Variante gearbeitet hatte, erwartete ich keine \u00dcberraschungen – die es nat\u00fcrlich prompt gab. <\/p>\n

Zun\u00e4chst einmal (nicht unwichtig): Die Oberfl\u00e4che. Smart, sieht gut aus, wirkt etwas reduziert, passt zum Mac. Schon mal ein Pluspunkt. Man hat sich auf die intuitive Programm-Bedienung der Mac-Benutzer verlassen, allzu viele Hinweise gibts nicht, ein Handbuch erst recht nicht. Also ausprobieren, aber nach wenigen Minuten kommt man zurecht. <\/p>\n

Erster Frust: Das \u00d6ffnen eines Ordners mit ein paar hundert Bildern f\u00fchrt dazu, dass sich das Programm aufh\u00e4ngt. Programm-Neustart gen\u00fcgt aber, dass es z\u00fcgig weiter geht. <\/p>\n

Im Expert-Modus l\u00e4sst sich alles pr\u00e4chtig anpassen, ansonsten kommt man mit den Layout-Vorlagen sicher auch ganz gut hin. Die Bestell-Abwicklung ist auch in Ordnung.<\/p>\n

Heute war Abgabetermin f\u00fcr eine garantierte Belieferung bis Weihnachten (ja, „mein“ Abgabetermmin) und bis 12.12. gibts noch ein Gratis-Collegebook, das ich gleich mitgenommen habe. Wird allerdings falsch auf der Rechnung angezeigt. <\/p>\n

Die Preisgestaltung ist auch noch verbesserungsw\u00fcrdig, finde ich: Die Preise sind konstant hoch und fangen bei 20 Euro an. Daf\u00fcr wird beispielsweise die Billigvariante des Fotobuchs mit Drahtkammbindung A5 mit mindestens 48 Seiten angeboten. Das ginge auch eine Nummer kleiner.<\/p>\n

Alles in allem: Mac-like mit leichten Schw\u00e4chen, die sicher mit den n\u00e4chsten Updates behoben sind. Und je mehr Mac-Benutzer einsteigen, desto besser wird die Software (hoffentlich) gepflegt…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
