Thomas Harteneck vom <a title=\"Weingut Harteneck\" href=\"http:\/\/www.weingut-harteneck.de\" target=\"_blank\">Weingut Harteneck<\/a> erkl\u00e4rt das Thema Minimalschnitt, G\u00fcnter Kaufmann vom <a title=\"Bioweingut Kaufmann\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bioweingut-kaufmann.de\" target=\"_blank\">Bio-Weingut Kaufmann<\/a> die Vorbereitungen der Weinabf\u00fcllung. Es sind kurze dokumentarische Videos mit engagierten Biowinzern zu Themen, die man dem Verbraucher nahe bringen m\u00f6chte. Versteht der Weintrinker, was hinter der Arbeitsweise steckt, ist er sicher eher geneigt, Bioweine zu probieren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Biowein-Videos sollten &#8211; so das Konzept &#8211; ohne gro\u00dfen Aufwand als Mini-Dokumentationen angelegt werden. Es sollte keine Werbe-Palim geben, es geht vor allem Informationen und ein Portr\u00e4t der Erzeuger.<\/p>\n<p>Mich hat diese Art der Darstellung schon immer mehr \u00fcberzeugt als die rein werbliche mit opulenter Optik, gescripteten Texten, die von Schauspielern oder Winzern vorgetragen werden und einer blumigen Weinsprache, mit der man die Produkte anpreist.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_7788\" style=\"width: 630px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7788\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7788\" src=\"https:\/\/www.joachimott.de\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/160801_kaufm-620x419.jpg\" alt=\"Biowein-Videos: Blick hinter die Kulissen im Weinkeller.\" width=\"620\" height=\"419\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-7788\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Biowein-Videos: Blick hinter die Kulissen im Weinkeller.<\/p><\/div>\n<h2>Biowein-Videos mit Infos aus erster Hand<\/h2>\n<p>Ich arbeite nun schon seit etlichen Jahren mit Bio-Winzern zusammen. Und ich finde, im pers\u00f6nlichen Gespr\u00e4ch sind sie \u00fcberzeugender als jeder Werbetext. Hinzu kommt, dass Nachfragen zur Bio-Arbeitsweise sehr erw\u00fcnscht sind und nicht ausweichend beantwortet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Videos, die nach einem ausf\u00fchrlichen Vorgespr\u00e4ch an verschiedenen Orten aufgezeichnet werden, sind dennoch auch f\u00fcr die ge\u00fcbten Winzer eine Herausforderung. Ohne Script m\u00fcssen sie Zusammenh\u00e4nge f\u00fcr den Laien verst\u00e4ndlich darstellen.
