Lightroom 2<\/p><\/div>Brauchts das wirklich? Nach dem sauteuren Photoshop nun auch noch Lightroom (das bezeichnenderweise jetzt ‚Photoshop Lightroom‘ hei\u00dft)? Ich kanns noch nicht genau sagen, aber ich bin zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass es dennoch eine lohnende Investition sein k\u00f6nnte. <\/p>\n
Das hat verschiedene Gr\u00fcnde. Ich benutze nun zwar schon seit gef\u00fchlten Ewigkeiten verschiedene Versionen von Photoshop. Und ich war immer fasziniert von der Vielfalt der M\u00f6glichkeiten, die das Programm bietet. Aber in der Praxis – ich traue mich fast nicht das zu sagen – habe ich ich mich immer auf vergleichsweise wenige Arbeitsschritte beschr\u00e4nkt. Wobei „vergleichsweise wenig“ bezogen ist auf die ungeheuren M\u00f6glichkeiten, also doch noch eine ganze Menge. <\/p>\n
Und: Ich bin Mac-Benutzer. Wenn man f\u00fcr einen vergleichsweise einfachen Effekt ein Dutzend Arbeitsschritte braucht, dann ist das noch ok. Vor allem, wenn sich das in einer Aktion zusammenfassen und beliebig oft wiederholen lasst. Die Bedienung von Lightroom, so hatte ich mir es erhofft, sollte einfacher sein.<\/p>\n
Auch den zweiten Aspekt m\u00f6chte ich nicht verschweigen. Wer heute mit Fotos noch Geld verdienen m\u00f6chte, der hat es relativ schwer. Auch angesichts der Bilder, die man auf verschiedenen Websites in Communities, bei Flickr u.a. zu sehen bekommt. Mein Eindruck war: Meine – sorgsam nachbearbeiteten – Fotos k\u00f6nnen da im Vergleich zu manchen „gepushten“ Aufnahmen manchmal nur schwer mithalten. <\/p>\n
Nun werde ich meinen Stil nicht radikal \u00e4ndern, in (abnormalen) Farben schwelgen und Bilder verf\u00e4lschen. Aber ich muss zugeben, dass man mit einfachen Bordmitteln nicht immer den Eindruck hinbekommt, den man selbst bei der Aufnahme hatte. Bin also gespannt, ob sich das \u00e4ndert. <\/p>\n
Ach ja: Eigentlich hatte ich als bekennender Mac-Benutzer auch Aperture auf der Liste. Den Ausschlag f\u00fcr das Adobe-Produkt gab ein ganz banaler Faktor: Lightroom ist nach meiner Kenntnis weiter verbreitet, es gibt auch mehr Foren, Anleitungen und Tutorials f\u00fcr Lightroom. Nur der Zeitpunkt war etwas ungl\u00fccklich gew\u00e4hlt, da in K\u00fcrze schon Lightroom 3 erscheinen soll.
