Nachdem der Hype um die Reels abgeklungen ist und auch die Auswirkungen auf Likes und Follower nicht mehr so dramatisch sind, wie noch vor wenigen Wochen, setzt sich diese simple L\u00f6sung immer \u00f6fters durch. Meistens werden die Bilder noch mit Text oder Ton pr\u00e4sentiert. Und Aussagen wie: Ich wei\u00df, dass der Instagram Algorithmus das nicht so sehr sch\u00e4tzt. Dennoch: Nimm das, Instagram. <strong>#photoasareel\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12313\" src=\"https:\/\/www.joachimott.de\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/LR-0996-ps.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1080\" height=\"720\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dass die Fotos als Reel gut ankommen, hat nat\u00fcrlich auch mit der Qualit\u00e4t der Bilder zu tun. Vor allem f\u00fcr Fotografen, die oft mit den Mini-Video-Clips im ungewohnten <a href=\"https:\/\/www.joachimott.de\/journal\/2022\/01\/09\/leitfaden-fuer-hochformat-videos-und-instagram-reels\/\">Hochformat<\/a> hadern, ist diese L\u00f6sung naheliegend. Aber es ist mehr als eine Notl\u00f6sung oder eine Trotzreaktion.<\/p>\n<p>Wer t\u00e4glich durch Dutzende oder Hunderte von Reels scrollt, der findet dort Beitr\u00e4ge aller Qualit\u00e4tsstufen. Entscheidend f\u00fcr das positive Erlebnis ist meist nicht die professionelle Machart des Videos, der Aufwand oder die Exklusivit\u00e4t. Einfache Bildsprache gen\u00fcgt oft, damit Besucher beim Scrollen h\u00e4ngen bleiben. Und ehrlich gesagt ist zumindest mir die Haltung nicht unsympathisch, trotz anderslautender Trends an guten Fotos festzuhalten.<\/p>\n<h3>Pluspunkte der Foto-Reels<\/h3>\n<p>Was f\u00fcr die Fotos als <a href=\"https:\/\/www.joachimott.de\/journal\/2022\/09\/30\/instagram-reels-mit-iphone-oder-kamera\/\">Reel<\/a> spricht ist zun\u00e4chst nicht unbedingt die Einfachheit. Die meisten Bilder guter Fotografen sind au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich gut und sie sind oft genug auch au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich gut bearbeitet. Dass die Fotos als Reel durchaus \u00f6fters vorkommen, erleichtert zum Einen, sich diesem Trend anzuschlie\u00dfen. Es f\u00f6rdert nach meinem Empfinden aber auch die Akzeptanz der Instagram Besucher. Und schlie\u00dflich freue zumindest ich mich, wenn ich hier Fotografen wieder finde, die in den Reels bislang nicht vorkamen, weil sie sich dem Video-Hype nicht anschlie\u00dfen wollten.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12311\" src=\"https:\/\/www.joachimott.de\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/LR-0992.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1080\" height=\"720\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Was braucht&#8217;s f\u00fcr Foto-Reels?<\/h3>\n<p>Wer sich dem Trend Fotos als Reel anschlie\u00dfen will, der braucht zuerst einmal gute <a href=\"https:\/\/www.joachimott.de\/journal\/2020\/10\/23\/instagram-reels-5-tipps-fuer-fotografen\/\">Fotos<\/a>. Es sollten Bilder sein, an denen man h\u00e4ngen bleibt. Das scheint angesichts der Qualit\u00e4t vieler Reels f\u00fcr engagierte Fotografen keine un\u00fcberwindliche H\u00fcrde. Und weil fast alle Fotografen sowieso viel Zeit in die Nachbearbeitung ihrer Bilder stecken, spricht auch nichts dagegen, in diesem Fall noch einmal eine Schippe drauf zu legen &#8211; sei es mit Lightroom, Photoshop oder Filtern. Es darf also auch mal etwas knalliger sein.<\/p>\n<p>Das hei\u00dft, dass man eine Stimmung durchaus \u00fcbertreiben kann. D\u00fcsterer und dunkler also sonst, wenn es zum Motiv passt. Mit Aufhellungen, Abdunklungen oder gezielten Akzenten kann man Fotos pushen &#8211; auch wenn man solche Bilder niemandem au\u00dferhalb der Sozialen Medien verkaufen wollte oder k\u00f6nnte. Aber darum geht es hier ja auch nicht.<\/p>\n<p>Es gibt drei einfache Schritte, mit denen man einfache Fotos inmitten der Reels voranbringen kann.<\/p>\n<h3>Bewegung im Bild<\/h3>\n<p>Jeder kennt die Erwartungshaltung beim Scrollen durch die Instagram Reels: Gleich passiert etwas, das Video startet. Aber das Video startet eben nicht. Ein guter Weg, um Besucher zumindest etwas l\u00e4nger bei der Stange zu halten und Aufmerksamkeit zu gewinnen, ist ein anderes bewegtes Element. Texteinblendungen lassen sich nicht mit Instagram und anderen Apps animieren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Instagram App kann Texte zwar dynamischer machen, aber nur in Ma\u00dfen. Die Zahl der Schritten und Effekte ist begrenzt, f\u00fcr einen Einstig reichen die Bordmittel aber durchaus. Wenn man dann noch den richtigen Ton trifft mit seinem Text und die Geduld der Besucher nicht \u00fcberstrapaziert, dann sind die Chancen f\u00fcr Aufmerksamkeit sehr gut.<\/p>\n<h3>Text und Musik<\/h3>\n<p>F\u00fcr Fotos als Reel gelten nat\u00fcrlich auch die anderen guten Tipps, die es f\u00fcr <a href=\"https:\/\/www.joachimott.de\/journal\/2021\/02\/16\/reels-aus-videos-nutze-deine-4k-videos-mit-fcpx\/\">Reels<\/a> gibt. Der Tipp, auf trendige Musik zur\u00fcckzugreifen kann auch bei dieser statischen Darstellung weiter helfen. Ich mag zwar die in Dauerschleife laufende Trend-Musik auf Instagram weniger. Ich habe aber nach sorgf\u00e4ltiger Musikauswahl auch schon die Erfahrung gemacht, dass diese Nischen-Musik-Titel wieder aus dem Insta-Repertoire verschwinden. Und dann hat man ein &#8217;stummes&#8216; Reel &#8211; und muss es ggf. \u00fcberarbeiten und neu einstellen.<\/p>\n<h3>Original-Sound<\/h3>\n<p>Ebenfalls in Dauergebrauch sind die meist englischsprachigen Texte als O-Ton. Die besagen, dass man ganz bewusst ein Foto als Reel einsetzt, ohne R\u00fccksicht auf Instagram und seinen Algorithmus. Das ist durchaus passend und berechtigt. Wer \u00f6fters Fotos als Reels einsetzt und den immer gleichen Ton verwendet, der langweilt vielleicht einige Besucher. Vor allem diejenigen, die es bis ins Profil geschafft haben und sich dort die Reels eines Accounts nacheinander ansehen.<\/p>\n<p>Auch hier hilft Abwechslung. Zum einen gibt es verschiedene <a href=\"https:\/\/www.joachimott.de\/journal\/2022\/06\/30\/usb-mikrofon-fuer-voice-over-aufnahmen\/\">Audio<\/a>-Angebote dieser Art, die man nutzen kann. Zum anderen spricht nichts dagegen einen eigenen Text einzuarbeiten, den man mit einfachsten Mitteln am Smartphone einspricht. Das kann der Standard-Hinweis sein f\u00fcr &#8218;Foto als Reel&#8216;. Aber auch originellere Texte sind m\u00f6glich: Stimmungsvolle Beschreibungen, Erlebnisse oder Zitate lassen sich meist leicht finden.<\/p>\n<h3>Oder doch fast ein Video?<\/h3>\n<p>Und nat\u00fcrlich sind Fotos als Reel auch interessant f\u00fcr all diejenigen, die sich dem Video-Trend gar nicht verschlie\u00dfen und s\u00edch bestens mit Videobearbeitung auskennen. In Programmen wie FCPX oder Adobe Premiere lassen sich auch f\u00fcr Fotos sch\u00f6ne Effekte anwenden. Das reicht vom einfachen Ken Burns Effekt bis zum Scrollen in der horizontalen Linie bei Panoramas oder in der vertikalen Linie f\u00fcr \u00fcberraschende Effekte.<\/p>\n<p>Andere gute Programme f\u00fcr bewegte Bilder sind zum Beispiel das kostenlose iMovie, CapCut und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.joachimott.de\/journal\/2018\/09\/25\/instagram-video-stories-mit-zwei-apps-erstellen\/\">Spark<\/a>. Nat\u00fcrlich weicht man mit dieser Videobearbeitung die Haltung etwas auf, an einem statischen Bild festzuhalten.<\/p>\n<h3>#photoasareel<\/h3>\n<p>Wer k\u00fcnftig weitere Fotos als Reel sehen will und sein eigenes Foto in diesem Kreis pushen m\u00f6chte, der kann auch den passenden Hashtag verwenden.
